What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and pride in your craft.
- Reliable, motivated, and career-minded.
- Experience in landscaping (3+ years ideal).
- Able to drive and commute up to 25 miles from Bolton.
- Proficient in paving and setting out skills and knowledge
- Comfortable with timber construction (e.g., pergolas, benches).
- Understanding the importance of clean tools and tidy sites.
- Some leadership experience is a bonus.
